About Me

Since a young boy, I was captivated by the Italian-American way of life. I spent my early childhood living in a small Italian enclave in New Jersey. Our world was centered around Sunday Dinner! I just assumed everyone lived like this!

From these roots my passion for Italian food and the way, it is prepared snowballed into a full-blown way of life for me. After retiring from my day job, I am now fortunate enough to immerse myself in this beautiful culinary journey that has only just begun. Today, I eat sleep, and breath it. So now…I decided to write about it!
